1. Price offer: USD900 per metric ton (non-LME price)

2. Specifications: Lead ore with Pb content of 50% and above

3. Payment: L/C, confirmed and irrevocable, with 90% payment at sight within 48 hours of

                  receipt of relevant shipping documents (Invoice, B/L etc) and balance after

                  arrival, weight and analysis of consignment at buyers warehouse

4. Shipment; F.O.B Apapa port, Lagos Nigeria

5. Size: Pellets (5-50mm)

6. Packaging: Ores are packed in 50kg PP bags

7. Tonnage: 20 metric tons in container of 1x20FCL

8. Delivery schedule: 45 days after acceptance of signed contract and confirmation of L/C
